## Online withdrawal

The interactive form collects your name, address, email address, order number, order and receipt dates, and the scope of the withdrawal. After successful submission, you receive a reference number confirming receipt.

You may also declare your withdrawal informally within the statutory period by emailing info@zcratch.de or by post. Use of the form is not mandatory.
